Claims Medical Advice & Report

We will inform independent medical evidence provider to obtain an independent medical reports in regards to your medical negligence claim or personal injury claim. You will receive a letter conforming the instruction of a suitable medical expert. We will do our utmost to ensure that our expert is within your local area and also that they have a short waiting list.

Within 2 week of receiving an initial letter from the medical claims management expert. You should received details of your appointment from the medical expert. If you fell you are unable to attend the appointment, please contact the expert’s secretary as soon as possible ensuring that it is at least 48 hours prior to the examination date in order to reschedule.

We would also respectfully draw your attention to the fact that once you have agreed to attend an appointment, the doctor will expect to see you at this time. In the event that you do not attend the prearranged appointment, you may be liable for a cancellation fee.

Once you have been examined, the expert will complete the report detailing your injuries and likely recovery period. Your representative (Solicitor) will then send an accident medical advice or a copy of the report to you in order for you to confirm its accuracy.
